Community Stage Connections

The Community Stage Connections program has connected communities that have limited access to the arts with live arts experiences for 30 years. We currently work with non-profit organizations that serve communities with limited resources and mobility. Working in collaboration with these venues, and a roster of participating performing artists, The National arranges easily transportable theatrical and musical performances free-of-charge for the residents and communities of these venues. With the help of a generous donor that has been supporting this program throughout its tenure, our artists are paid an honorarium for their work.

At The National Theatre, we deeply value the opportunity to to facilitate this meaningful program, and hope to continue doing so for years to come. If you’re interested in supporting us to grow the impact of our work through this program, please visit our donations page, and indicate that you’d like your gift to benefit this program.

We are grateful to work with an eclectic and diverse group of talented artists.
