Renewals for the upcoming 2019-2020 season ended on June 14. Seats that were not renewed have been released. For those who renewed, tickets have been mailed to the address on file; if you see any errors or have questions about your tickets, please call the Subscriber Hotline at the number below.

Current subscribers can update contact information or see their complete subscription details by logging into Account Manager.*

To request a date exchange or receive further assistance, please call the Subscriber Hotline at 202-753-7650 (Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm). Please note that requests for date exchanges should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your performance, and are granted pending availability.

Current subscribers now have first access to tickets for THE LAST SHIP, starring and featuring original music and lyrics by multiple Grammy Award®-winner Sting. Sting will star as shipyard foreman Jackie White and will perform the role at every performance. Learn more about the show.

Your same seats have already been reserved for you, attending on the day of your existing 2019-2020 season subscription. You can secure your seats for THE LAST SHIP right now in Account Manager.   • Log in to Account Manager. Your User ID is the email address associated with your subscription.*
  • Once logged in to Account Manager, you can click the new Order ID under “My Invoices” to see your exact THE LAST SHIP subscriber seats and date.
    • To purchase for THE LAST SHIP as-is, click the purple Pay Now button associated with that Order ID, located on the Account Manager home page. Once checked out, an e-receipt will be emailed to you automatically; please check your spam folder for an email from Etix if you don’t see it in your inbox. Your tickets for THE LAST SHIP will be mailed no later than 60 days prior to your performance.
    • Need to request a change or purchase additional seats? Select the Order ID under “My Invoices,” then click the orange Request Change button to enter your request into the queue. A representative will be in touch within 2-3 business days. Alternatively, please contact the Subscriber Hotline at 202-753-7650 or subscriptions@thenationaldc.com for further assistance (Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm).

If you do not wish to purchase tickets to THE LAST SHIP, there is nothing you need to do. Your card will not be charged, and your held seats will be automatically dropped on Friday, September 20.
